Important Information & Deadlines
- Headshots and Bio - Please email your high quality JPEG or PNG and 200 word bio to [email protected] as soon as possible after confirming your participation so we can add your information to the agenda.
- Speaker Presentations - Due by April 14, 2025 - Please email your presentation to [email protected]
- Hotel Room Reminder - If you require overnight accommodations, please book your room online. Attendees are welcome to book directly with the Town and Country Resort San Diego.
- Onsite - Please be sure to be in your session's room 30 minutes prior to presenting and check in with the conference producer and/or our AV staff.
