Marketing leaders employed at a pharma, biotech or medical device company qualify for a complimentary pass.  

By accepting the complimentary conference pass, you commit to participating in a minimum of six 1:1 meetings with our event partners. Complimentary tickets will be issued following approval by show management, contingent upon your company/title aligning with the accepted criteria.

Please be advised that when applying, a registration deposit of $200 will be requested. Upon successful completion of your one-to-one appointments with our event partners, this registration deposit will be fully refunded within 5 business days at the conclusion of the show.

FAILURE TO COMPLY
Failure to comply on-site with the requirements/behaviors outlined above will constitute a breach of this agreement and your initial deposit of $200 will not be reimbursed.
