By accepting the complimentary conference pass, you commit to participating in up to eight, prescheduled 1:1 meetings with our event partners. Complimentary tickets will be issued following approval by show management, contingent upon your company/title aligning with the accepted criteria.

Please be advised that when applying, a registration deposit of $200 will be requested. Upon successful completion of your 1:1 appointments with our event partners, this registration deposit will be fully refunded within 5 business days at the conclusion of the show. Failure to comply with on-site meeting requirements will constitute breach of contract and your $200 deposit will not be reimbursed.
